This year's Flowin' On The River features "Multi-Family Dwelling Fireground Operations" instructed by experienced instructors from On-Scene Training Associates, hosted at our very own St. Charles Parish Firefighter Training Facility.
Multi-family residential structures present unique challenges far beyond those encountered in traditional single-family dwellings. Large occupancy loads, complex layouts, shared attic spaces, rapid fire extension, and life safety concerns create demanding and high-risk fireground environments. This training weekend will provide personnel with real-world hazards faced by firefighters operating at apartment complexes and multi-family occupancies, along with proven strategies and tactics to successfully mitigate these incidents.

These classes provide personnel with realistic fireground scenarios, life safety challenges, and proven strategies & tactics for operating effectively at apartment complexes and other multi-family occupancies. **NOTE - THIS COURSE INVOLVES EXTREME PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND REQUIRES YOU TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN FULL BUNKER GEAR AND SCBA.**
